GRAPPA AND GRAPPA RISERVA

Both are the distillates of fermented pomace of Brunello grapes produced by the DETA distillery. The first is clear, respecting the Italian tradition, while the Riserva undergoes refinement for a few months in barriques that allows it to soften and achieve greater complexity.
